Save your plan with an email and password first. Then invite one email address at a time as a viewer or editor. They need to sign in with that email and password before they can accept.
Viewer or editor?
A viewer can see the plan. An editor can change it. You can remove their access at any time. Invites run out after seven days, and having the link on its own is not enough to get in.
